- Procurement of Materials (Stage wise).
- Conducting Co-ordination meeting with all Contractors to sort out interface problems.
- Preparation and Submission of monthly progress report to Clients.
- Quality Assurance of Materials & Workmanship.
- To adopt & ensuring Safety standards during execution.
- Cordial Coordination with labourers.
- Certification of Bills.
- Settlements of Claims & Disputes.
- Modification /changes during construction will be informed to the Design Office.
